Himeji-jo Castle
Himeji-jo Castle was registered in world cultural heritage of the Japan's first UNESCO with Horyu-ji Temple on December 11, 1993.
Himeji-jo Castle is a building built at the beginning of Edo period.
It is the only castle to remain in the long history in the present age without encountering a war and a big disaster once.
A huge castle tower of Himeji-jo Castle is famous.
A site is also famous for the complicated structure such as the maze.
A white outer wall is beautiful and is impressive.
I came to understand the good point of Himeji-jo Castle of the Japanese world heritage simply because I looked at the various castles in the world.
